We don't see any reason why a 2 would be on this one. now a days these guitars get sawn up and no one gets them, not even a dishonest employee. sometimes an employee would stamp a 2 into a guitar that was perfectly fine just to try and get it for a fraction of the price from the factory. There is a number 2 stamped in after finishing under the serial number. Some minor nicks and dings in the treble side as seen in the photo.Treble side lower bout top drop fill was done a long time ago but fits in with the rest of the natural wear in the top. Pick guard Celluloid tortoise with Epiphone Logo Serial number label from a separate amp to that above. Made in Japan -Imported to USA by Westheimer. Nut 1 9/16 so this is good for a small to med sized handīinding White & black purfling with aged white binding on the top and aged binding on the back.
